Experience the unique thrill of a horse ride through the magnificient desert scenery in the NamibRand Nature Reserve.
Watching the landscape go by through a horses ears is magical. The rhythmic pace relaxes your muscles and makes you breathe a little deeper. Book a ride at Wolwedans and you'll be able to go as slow or fast (within reason) as what you like. Maybe it's at a flat out gallop or a sedate walk, all level of riders are welcome.
You can choose between a short morning or after ride or for a full day ride with picknick in the desert, which is about 6 hours.
Please note: Wolwedans Dersert Horse Riding is only available to guests that are also booked at one of the Wolwedans Lodges or Camps.

Price includes
An experienced guide for a minimum of 2 guests.
Sunset rides include drinks. The full day ride includes a picknick lunch.
Price excludes
Tips and gratuities and accommodation at one of the Wolwedans Lodges or Camps.
Cancellation policy
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the full value of the booking is payable upon confirmation of any reservation. The balance of the full amount is due no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival. Where reservations are made within 31 days of date of arrival, payment is due within 72 hours.
All bookings are on request only and you will receive a separate booking confirmation from Natural Destinations together with payment infos. Any booking is only 100% confirmed once payment has been received.
